I first went to Christina for my painful arthritis, which after only a few sessions was so much better.  As well as making the swelling reduce, it has also helped to stop my fingers going white and numb when very cold.  Also, I am sleeping better, not waking my usual 2 or 3 times a night.  Christina is wonderful at what she does, she listens to my needs and concerns, and is interested in my wellbeing.

I have always been sceptical of treatments like acupuncture but after a knee injury due to running, and months of taking pain killers and physio, I decided to give it a go.  After a few treatments, the lessening of pain in my knee was evident and after 4 visits to Christina, I am now back with light running and work-outs.  My knee is doing well, and I will go back for another treatment to finish off my rehab.
